IT Project Manager M365 - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded IT Project Manager for M365 for our client in Zurich.

In Short

• Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, especially in the area of Microsoft 365 (M365)
• Oversee the MS365 workstream: OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune/Exchange, Client, Teams
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to develop tailored solutions
• Lead the implementation of M365 solutions, including migration, integration, and optimization
• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
• Regular reporting to management and other stakeholders, presenting project progress and results
• Ensure high quality of project outcomes through continuous monitoring and adjustment of project processes
• Identify and manage project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in leading IT projects with a focus on Microsoft 365
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Intune, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive
• Experience with project management methods and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2)
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and coordinate cross-functional projects
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams, strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to develop creative solutions for technical and organizational challenges
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
