Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach for our client in Bern.

In Short

• Take on classic Scrum Master responsibilities according to Scrum and SAFe.
• Coach the team and Product Owners in agile structures, processes, and methods.
• Promote team development and the agile collaboration model.
• Establish and actively promote the agile mindset (processes, tools, values, methods).
• Identify and eliminate impediments and implement and track improvement measures.
• Be a trusted contact for the team and responsible for onboarding new employees.
• Manage team resources (budget processes, controlling, hour approvals, contracts, etc.).
• Organize and coordinate smooth testing processes (composite processes) including test case definition, test data creation, resource and time planning.
• Ensure the availability and completeness of necessary test data and cases.
• Select, empower, and coordinate testers.
• Interface communication with relevant shared services.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an agile or scaled agile environment (e.g., SAFe, KANBAN).
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with agile methods and frameworks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, motivating attitude.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• Ability to lead as a servant leader with a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Teams.
• High social competence, pragmatism, and methodological resilience.
• Experience in team building and team development in complex structures.
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
