We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and open-minded specialist in liability insurance for SMEs to further develop insurance products in the field of liability insurance for businesses.

In Short

• Further development and optimization of liability insurance products for businesses, particularly in professional liability.
• Designing industry-specific coverage for various segments such as agriculture, construction, hospitality, automotive, travel agencies, homes, schools, churches, and associations.
• Integration of complex coverage components like processing and custody damages, reputation costs, usage losses, and extended product liability.
• Development of specific solutions for agricultural risks (e.g., pension horses, forestry work, pest control).
• Legally precise formulation of general insurance conditions in German.
• Collaboration in the agile SAFe framework with occasional exchanges with internal stakeholders to relieve existing teams.

Requirements

• Many years of outstanding expertise in liability insurance, particularly professional liability.
• In-depth knowledge in business liability across various industries.
• Experience in applying the agile SAFe framework.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong ability for legally precise text formulation.
• Fluent in German is mandatory.
• Language skills in French and Italian are an advantage (for translation and quality assurance).
