Overview

The IT Project Manager at CIRE Equity will serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while driving system adoption and operational efficiency.

Manage projects and align stakeholder interests.

Requirements

Proactive self-starter with solid analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
Experience in project management methodologies.
Minimum 2 years in a Business Analyst or similar role.
Understanding of real estate ERP systems.
Experience with data analysis tools like SQL and Power BI.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
