Requirements

• 23 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in clinical or IT-related fields
• Education or degree in nursing or healthcare
• Knowledge of clinical documentation processes (care planning, medication, charting)
• Confident demeanor and excellent presentation and communication skills
• IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office
• German language skills at C1 level (mandatory for client communication)
• Structured, independent working style and team spirit
