• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define requirements

Requirements

• Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or concept development
• Strong proficiency in modelling tools (UML 2.x, BPMN, ERM; ideally with Innovator)
• Experience with agile practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• An analytical mindset with great communication skills
• English and German full professional proficiency
• A product-oriented approach and good grasp of usability principles
• Bonus: exposure to DSLs, testing processes, or software engineering background
