Requirement Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Requirement Engineer, you will act as a liaison between the business department and the development team, gathering and supporting the implementation of requirements.

• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define and specify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain requirement documents, use cases, and user stories.
• Support development teams in implementing requirements.
• Conduct requirement analyses and feasibility studies.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Moderate workshops and meetings for requirement gathering.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of requirements management methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, DOORS).
• Experience with agile and traditional development methods (Scrum, Kanban, V-Model).
• Certification in Requirements Engineering (e.g., IREB CPRE) is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Structured and analytical working style with strong communication skills.
