Overview

The Senior Data Analyst for Logistics & Operations at CookUnity will be responsible for creating visibility into operations, improving delivery reliability, and enhancing the eater experience through data-driven insights and optimizations.

In Short

Create end-to-end visibility into operations by building and refining core metrics.
Analyze carrier network performance and improve delivery reliability.
Identify operational drivers of negative experiences and prioritize improvements.
Map and improve key operational workflows for efficiency.
Lead investigations into operational issues and provide actionable recommendations.
Enable teams to self-serve insights through standardized reporting tools.

Requirements

5 years in similar analyst roles with a high achievement pattern.
High autonomy in partnering with non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, and dbt.
Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset.
