• Data-driven and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Analyst needed.
• Support logistics team in process improvements and shipping performance.
• Analyze and report on logistics and shipping performance data.
• Build dashboards to monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and cost per shipment.
• Assist in process mapping and documentation for logistics workflows.
• Collaborate with various departments for logistics insights.
• Support packaging optimization and sustainability initiatives.
• Track escalations related to shipping and logistics.
• 1–3 years experience in supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Looker, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in international logistics is a plus.
