Sr. Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company’s subsidiary and other financial areas, contributing to the monthly close process and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

In Short

• Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Support the monthly close process, meeting all reporting deadlines.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Support internal controls ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions.
• Assist during external audits by preparing requested documentation.
• Contribute to system and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper recording of costs and expenses.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• US GAAP knowledge required.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close.
• Advanced English Skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes.
• Ability to manage routine tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
