Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll support accounting operations by managing fund releases, verifying transactions, and assisting with agent payments and audits.

In Short

• Release funds to title companies for terminated transactions.
• Verify wire receipts in Rezen for each transaction.
• Assist the U.S. accounting team with transaction closings.
• Create efficiencies and process improvements using Excel.
• Support year-end audits and provide requested documentation.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
• Familiarity with Business Central (a plus).
• Highly organized, attentive, and adaptable.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
