Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in lifecycle or growth marketing.
  • Experience with email, push, and in-app marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to run A/B tests and document results.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage programs from scratch.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in food, retail, or consumer apps is a plus.
