Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-time) - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This part-time role is responsible for semi-monthly payroll in ADP, accounts payable, reconciliations, billing, and supporting 401(k) funding.

In Short

• Process semi-monthly payroll in ADP
• Review and process vendor invoices
• Set up and maintain vendor records
• Schedule payments (ACH, wire, check)
• Handle employee expense reports
• Assist with billing and reconciliations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of payroll or finance operations experience
• Familiarity with ADP and AP tools
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Organized and detail-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
