Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance operations. This remote role is perfect for a self-starter with strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, and a solid understanding of month-end close processes and basic tax compliance.

In Short

• Part-Time role, approximately 15 hours per week.
• Remote work opportunity.
• Process 10–15 invoices during the first week of each month.
• Record and manage bills in QuickBooks Online.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Maintain vendor compliance and tax documentation.

• Assist with expense management using Ramp or similar platforms.

Requirements

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable and accrual accounting.
• Familiarity with U.S. tax compliance.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
