In Short

• Lead and own the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and department leaders.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within FP&A operations.
• Support compensation planning and cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong financial modeling skills and deep Excel expertise.
• Experience preparing materials for executive teams and investors.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
