Senior Financial Planning Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will partner closely with Sr. Director, FP&A, Segment CFO, and Segment Leadership to enhance financial reporting and performance management across the segment.

• Partner with business leadership for robust financial reporting and analytics.
• Enhance visibility of Supply Chain and Materials Management processes.
• Identify and correct data irregularities.
• Lead KPI reviews and comprehensive analyses of P&L management.
• Support policy development for reporting metrics.
• Perform market and competitor assessments for strategic planning.
• Provide strategic FP&A guidance across finance and operations teams.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses and reporting.
• Support M&A financial requirements with ROI models.
• Drive consistency and improvements in financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing finance preferred.
• Ability to identify and influence process improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
