Overview

The District Sales Manager for Gulf East will lead sales growth in a remote capacity, focusing on driving revenue through existing and new accounts in various states.

In Short

  • Remote position covering Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
  • Responsible for leading sales growth of Power Efficiency Solutions products.
  • Manage both direct and manufacturer representative sales teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead talent development within the sales function.
  • Drive successful customer negotiations and commercial agreements.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy and performance measurement.
  • Requires travel of 25-50%.
  • 10+ years of industry sales leadership experience required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical or related field.
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools and opportunity funnel management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of personal initiative and ownership of results.
  • Proven track record of profitable growth.
  • Experience in PT, Leisure Water, or HVAC/R industries preferred.
