In Short

• Receive and record all vendor invoices into NetSuite
• Verify accuracy and obtain approval on all payments
• Enter batch payments into bank for vendor payments
• Ensure payments are made in a timely manner
• Maintain active communication and relationships with vendors
• Track and calculate agent commissions
• Process payroll with accuracy on a bi-weekly basis
• Prepare and pay payroll for international teams in Asia and France
• Manage expense reporting in Navan
• Assist with Quarterly Check Reconciliation of Bill Pay checks for the Finance Team

Requirements

• Excel skills are essential
• Attention to detail and accuracy are required
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in accounts payable required
