Overview

RSC2 is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Collate and distribute daily accounts payable checks
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries
Invoice data entry and maintenance of historical records
Prepare analyses of accounts and monthly reports
Answer inquiries related to billing errors
Maintain correspondence with vendors
Assist in reconciling accounts
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

2 - 3 years of government accounting experience
Experience with Adobe, Unanet, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
Knowledge of accounting principles
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently
10-key calculator proficiency
Confidentiality and integrity required
