Telecom Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Telecom Analyst is responsible for generating and processing billing invoices to several key internal and commercial teams, managing cloud/telecom costs, and resolving related issues with vendors and clients.

In Short

• Analyze vendor invoices and create/process rebilled invoices.
• Investigate telecom usage charges with the help of invoices and customer service representatives.
• Prepare month-end activities and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare system charge back department journals and perform reconciliations.
• Resolve Telco and business group queries related to invoices and payments.
• Run and analyze AP and Accrual reports.
• Maintain a telecom inventory database.
• Participate in business process improvement initiatives.
• Work with clients and internal representatives during US hours.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Sakon.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Telecom, primarily cloud services like AWS.
• Telecom Expense Management and/or Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Participate in the development of technical/business approaches.
