  • Act as the primary quarterback for customer issues.
  • Coordinate resources from Support, R&D, Marketing, and Management.

  • Become knowledgeable about ControlUp's product suite.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about product features.
  • Act as a project manager for customer implementations.
  • Point customers in the right direction for troubleshooting.
  • Strive to go the extra mile and take initiative.
