In Short

• Manage customer relationships and drive customer success initiatives.
• Onboard customers and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure client retention and identify upselling opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage expectations.
• Maintain the help center and organize product webinars.
• Work autonomously and manage multiple customers.
• Collaborate with a motivated team.
• Contribute to the growth of the customer success department.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Min 1 year experience in customer success or customer service in a SaaS Company.
• Whatever it takes mentality and positive mindset.
• Team player with flexibility.
• Problem solving and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Tech savvy and proficient in communication.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
