Overview

The position is characterized by being granted the responsibility of leading, directing and coordinating a group of defined people performing a job operating or serving within operating units in a production plant.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 20 direct reports.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Implement quality standards and methods to enhance performance.
• Support the implementation of Continental Business System methods.
• Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Educational qualifications based on local regulations.
• Preferably finished high school.
• Several years of experience in plant operations (minimum 2 years).
• Experience in areas like Quality, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• First experience in leadership is ideal.
