  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives.
  • Drive consistent sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Take ownership of talent development, including hiring, training, and retaining top performers.
  • Ensure effective pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in organizational growth initiatives and sales process optimization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of second-line sales leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and retaining exceptional sales talent.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on ownership and accountability.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
