Overview

ConnectureDRX is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to learn new technology and work with a reputable company backed by a knowledgeable team.

In Short

  • Identify customer needs and enhance relationships with existing customers.
  • Generate new business and exceed sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Master product portfolio and articulate value through presentations.
  • Communicate and negotiate to close business effectively.
  • Resolve client concerns throughout the sales process.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities towards achieving business aims.
  • Attend external meetings, conferences, and tradeshows.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities.
  • Carry a sales quota and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years software experience in healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Understanding of Medicare and health plan experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the work week.
  • Superior oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and responsive to innovation and change.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.
  • Creative problem solver with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
