Senior Practice Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Practice Manager at Confluent, you will lead a team of professional services consultants who work with our customers to ensure their success with Confluent's products. You will be responsible for driving adoption and consumption, achieving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team growth and development.

In Short

• Drive success with Confluent Professional Services customers across a regional customer base.
• Own the services sales strategy to achieve bookings, revenue, margin and utilization goals.
• Engage with customer organizations from C-level to Architects and program managers.
• Ensure successful project delivery to earn customer satisfaction.
• Build a great team and help develop strong relationships among team members.
• Participate in Confluent product and sales strategy for customers.
• Strengthen Confluent success by developing strong delivery partner executive relationships.

Requirements

• Professional Services leadership background implementing SaaS/PaaS/IaaS.
• Experience overseeing enterprise-level IT delivery projects (10+ years).
• Experience selling enterprise IT delivery services (2+ years).
• Success in building and developing remote delivery teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal communications capabilities.
• Willingness to travel (estimated 25%) to client sites.
