In Short

  • Secure large and enterprise-level sales with new & existing customers.
  • Efficiently manage a portfolio of customer accounts that vary in size and complexity.
  • Identify and articulate pain in the customer’s sales processes that position Configura’s range of products in a positive light for implementation.
  • Articulate ROI alongside the customer aligned with a strong value proposition to secure additional revenue.
  • Execute retention-driven behaviors that ensure longevity of existing customers.
  • Forecast and track customer account metrics to actively identify trends and opportunities.
  • Represent Configura at industry events to positively engage with the community.
  • Strong interest in sales of complex, customizable, technical, automated products that require technical understanding and the ability to explain and advise customers on technical issues.
  • Support campaign initiatives with a cross-functional team to target specific sales objectives.
  • Craft multi-year strategic plans alongside the customer that uniquely match their business needs.
  • Expand & engage with a network of decision-makers at new & existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Expert collaborator with an engaging executive presence.
  • Proven record on closing sales of varying scale and size.
  • Comfortable presenting solutions to a wide audience with various levels of technical expertise.
  • Ability to coach and guide customers through buying decisions.
