Overview

The Lead Field Nurse is responsible for mentoring and coaching field staff while managing a panel of patients through routine and urgent home visits, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective communication.

Requirements

• Active LPN, LVN, or RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• IV or blood draw certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in in-home clinical care.
• Proficiency in various clinical procedures.
• Ability to travel 75%+ of the time.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
