Field Nurse (LPN) - Remote

Overview

As a Field Nurse, you will support a panel of patients through routine and urgent home visits, combined with care coordination activities.

In Short

• Provide nursing care through home visits and virtual visits.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license.
• 1+ years nursing experience.
• IV or blood draw certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Competency in various clinical skills.
• Experience in urgent or community home settings preferred.
• Ability to engage in virtual education.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to patient care needs.
