Overview

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations – Amazon will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the ecommerce sales function. This leader will oversee inventory, analytics, systems, and tools to optimize performance and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations or Ecommerce operations.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Amazon systems.
• Proven track record of optimizing operational processes.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
