Senior Amazon Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We at Atlas Operations are a specialized consulting firm for Amazon sellers with 7- and 8-figure annual revenues. We have strategically supported over 80 sellers in areas such as purchasing, supply chain, finance, HR, product development, and PPC.

In the last 18 months, we have grown to an 8-member team and are now looking for employees who want to bring their experience as an Amazon seller or operations manager to us.

In Short

• Rethink Operations: With the support of our co-founder, you will advise Amazon private label sellers in all backend areas – purchasing, supply chain, product development, team building, finance, and more.
• Scalable Consulting: You will test new strategies with beta clients, optimize them, and roll them out for other sellers. Growth included: You can build your own team.
• Sparring with Top Sellers: Your clients are not beginners – you will advise experienced private label sellers with up to 60 million euros in annual revenue. The average client generates around 5 million euros in revenue and sells products under private labels.
• High-Level Networking: You will participate in our Atlas Connect events, where you share your knowledge with the largest Amazon sellers in Germany.

Requirements

• Amazon Trade & Operations Know-How: Ideally, you have built your own Amazon business or have several years of experience as an operations manager.
• Communication & Professional Appearance: You communicate clearly, professionally, and to the point – both internally within the team and in direct customer contact. Your German is fluent and accent-free, and you know how to convey complex issues understandably.
• Structured & Independent: You work independently and in a structured manner – remote-first is not a hindrance for you. You are organized, prioritize smartly, and deliver results.
