Overview

The Manager, Digital Enablement (Culinary) will play a key role in enabling and accelerating the growth of the Cuisinart brands across key retailer.com partners and additional strategic accounts. This position will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to drive excellence in content, performance, and execution.

In Short

  • Develop and execute retailer.com partner strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Enable the Sales team with tools and resources.
  • Support marketplace establishment and growth.
  • Lead optimization of product listings for enhanced visibility.
  • Monitor category performance metrics and identify insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges.
  • Support product launches and promotional events.
  • Identify and implement scalable Ecommerce solutions.
  • Evaluate online assortment and influence channel strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce or digital merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of retailer.com ecosystems.
  • Experience managing Culinary or kitchen electrics categories preferred.
  • Proficient with analytics tools such as Circana, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
