Overview

As Product Design Lead, you will set the design direction for our SaaS transformation, ensuring our new suite delivers intuitive, consistent, and customer-centered experiences.

• Establish and own the design vision, systems, and standards for our SaaS suite.
• Drive UX consistency across multiple products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX.
• Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS product design.
• Fluency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator).
• Experience conducting user research and usability studies.
• Solid grasp of information architecture and interaction design.
• Track record of successful collaboration with teams.
• Excellent storytelling skills for design decisions.
• Hands-on design leader in lean environments.
