Overview

Anzen is on a mission to transform how companies choose and understand commercial insurance using AI, and we are looking for a Product Design Lead to shape the user experience at the heart of our platform.

In Short

Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-heavy workflows.
Translate abstract AI/ML capabilities into intuitive tools.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ship features.
Lead research efforts to ensure user feedback is integrated.
Define design principles and patterns for scalability.
Partner with leadership to shape new product areas.

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing SaaS or enterprise platforms.
Ability to own the full design process from concept to execution.
Experience with Figma and modern design systems.
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication skills.
Bonus: Experience as a founding designer at a startup.
