Overview

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead product design for a global strategic healthcare partner, focusing on user experience and the integration of AI capabilities in SaaS products.

In Short

• Own and update the Global Design System for unified digital experiences.
• Manage product design roadmaps in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Introduce new research and testing tools for user experience.
• Define and implement a holistic product vision and design strategy.
• Cultivate design culture and champion user-centric design thinking.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Lead user research to capture insights through various methods.
• Communicate research findings using data visualisation techniques.
• Turn user research into personas, user stories, and journey maps.
• Manage and grow designers within the product team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience and visual design skills.
• Ability to conduct user tests and interviews.
• Experience in designing responsive web applications.
• Experience in an Agile environment with fusion teams.
• Deep understanding of design-thinking techniques.
• Experience with AI capabilities in SaaS is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML, Javascript, and CSS is a plus.
• Degree in design, psychology, or related field is a plus.
