Overview

The Technical Support Representative will respond to customer requests for IT technical services in a call center environment, utilizing strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

In Short

  • Respond to IT technical service requests from customers.
  • Screen and handle calls appropriately.
  • Type and enter information into a database during calls.
  • Research, isolate, and resolve information system problems.
  • Escalate customer problems following established protocols.
  • Demonstrate quality communication and professionalism.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Team Lead.

Requirements

  • Proficient in French.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in technical support or education in IT.
  • Experience with iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience troubleshooting wireless connections.
  • Advanced knowledge of Networking.
  • Good typing skills and ability to utilize databases.
  • A+, Net+, or Help Desk Tech Certification is a plus.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
