Customer Service Representative - Dispatch - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Representative - Dispatch is responsible for scheduling service calls and acting as a liaison between clients and field technicians while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Schedule service calls to field service technicians throughout the US based upon priority level and location in a timely fashion.
• Create service tickets and route them to various service agencies.
• Act as liaison between clients and field technicians.
• Respond to service order requests via phone and email.
• Fulfill additional requirements set forth by Senior Management.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Dispatch and/or Call Center experience, preferred.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to prioritize and communicate priorities effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
• Flexibility to adjust to changes within the Company.
