Mortgage Pricing Desk Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for managing the mortgage price desk, ensuring adherence to pricing and rate lock protocols, organizational lending requirements, and compliance with secondary market guidelines.

In Short

• Manage mortgage pricing desk activities including rate locking and re-pricing.
• Oversee administration of pricing system and ensure accurate data.
• Collaborate with internal departments on pricing projects.
• Serve as primary contact with Freddie Mac for selling system management.
• Administer eVault system for loan document management.
• Manage MERS process for loan registration.
• Review analytics for point of sale and loan origination systems.
• Conduct compliance reviews of home loan files.
• Coordinate with 3rd Party QC Vendor for loan reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HMDA reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in business administration or related field.
• Expert-level experience in mortgage banking.
• Advanced knowledge of Federal Regulations regarding mortgage disclosure.
• Solid knowledge of consumer lending documentation requirements.
• Basic understanding of mortgage loan pricing and reporting.
• Ability to communicate professionally regarding audit results.
