Loan and Lease Processing Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position serves internal and external clients by administering, processing, and making new loan and lease request decisions within the Scorecard program. It offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

In Short

• Processes loan and lease requests for scoring and approves or declines using Compeer's model.
• Analyzes financial and supporting documentation for credit reviews.
• Communicates with Lending Partners regarding loan application information.
• Answers questions and provides direction on scorecard and credit bureau issues.
• Monitors and prepares reports for proper use of scorecards and trends.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws specific to the financial industry.
• Solid understanding of the lending process and policies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
• Advanced-level experience in lending, credit analysis, and customer service.
• Knowledge of agricultural businesses and operations.
• Solid knowledge of loan products and credit operations.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
