Ag Lending Credit Manager - Remote

Overview

This position provides strategic oversight and leadership for activities including credit administration, loan analysis, approvals within delegated authorities, monitoring, servicing and reporting across Ag Lending Credit. It collaborates across the organization to develop and drive strategies, short & long-term business goals, enhance programs and drive efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, agribusiness or related field
• Expert lending experience in agriculture credit and operations
• At least seven years of leadership and management experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations and compliance requirements
• Credit, finance and risk management skills
• Knowledge of production agriculture and agribusiness
• Advance knowledge of loan origination and servicing processes
• Strong communication skills
