Credit Risk Manager - Remote

Overview

KOHO is looking for a dynamic Credit Risk Manager to join our growing team, contributing to the overall success of the Risk Team by executing and delivering Credit Risk initiatives in support of business strategies and objectives.

In Short

• Develop and produce reports and dashboards detailing key financial and risk metrics.
• Track and evaluate the performance of KPIs relevant to the business.
• Extract insights from reports and communicate findings to the leadership team.
• Develop and implement credit risk models in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor the performance of existing credit strategies and suggest edits.
• Participate in formulating and implementing strategies for acquisition and account management.
• Unlock insights from internal and external data for decision-making.
• Present findings to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve reporting processes.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and model building, preferably in BFSI industry.
• Experience in machine learning and developing predictive models.
• Knowledge in loan loss forecasting and loss provisioning.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized multi-tasker with expertise in data manipulation.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
