Compass Government Solutions is seeking Call Center Coaching Staff to provide inTransition Support Services for transitioning service members and veterans receiving psychological health care.

In Short

• Conduct quality assurance monitoring of calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide feedback to Call Center Representatives through coaching sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and training needs.
• Develop tailored coaching plans for performance challenges.
• Assist in new hire training and ongoing development.
• Create and update coaching materials and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops on customer service topics.
• Stay informed on call center operations best practices.
• Mentor Call Center Representatives.
• Collaborate with management to align coaching strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
• Licensed mental health professional.
• Minimum of three years in patient care.
• Clinical experience in triage and crisis counseling.
• Experience with military service members and veterans.
