Overview

As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and converting cold calls into viable business opportunities.

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in English-speaking markets.
  • Convert cold calls into viable business opportunities.
  • Track and report on daily call activities and results.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling with trackable results.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology or software.
  • History of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Excellent English skills to engage decision-makers effectively.
  • Available during business hours aligned with English-speaking markets.
  • Experience working with Recruitment/Staffing/Offshoring Companies.
  • 4 hours per day (~80 hours/month), fully remote position.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cold calling.
  • Ability to convert cold calls into business opportunities.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology or software.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Availability during business hours for English-speaking markets.
