Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video editing specifically in real estate content for social media.
• Highly proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates advanced-level video work.
• Possess the ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
• Have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Have experience working with AI-assisted editing tools.
• Highly familiar with current industry trends.
• Have a strong eye for improving visuals, transitions, and effects.
