In Short

• Responsible for driving growth with key Global System Integrators (GSIs) across the EMEAI region.
• Set and implement Commvault’s business plan for Key GSIs to maximize revenue growth.
• Lead and manage a virtual team of stakeholders within Commvault and key GSIs.
• Focus on increasing business growth with Enterprise customers.
• Work with Sales team to align key GSIs to existing plans.
• Ensure development of EMEAI Business Plan aligned with global strategy.
• Drive execution through matrix teams and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Develop structured marketing and enablement plans for execution.
• Build relationships at the highest level within defined GSIs.
• Own GSI forecast related to defined region and GSIs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of large account management experience.
• Strong planning skills and experience in building GTM and business plans.
• Results-oriented with strong execution discipline.
• First-class people manager with a proven track record of people development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a matrix organization.
• Demonstrable business and commercial awareness.
• Good attention to detail.
