Activation Lead - Healthcare Technology - Remote

Overview

Commure is seeking an experienced Activation Lead to drive the successful implementation and adoption of its product suite across enterprise healthcare clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and rapid time-to-value.

In Short

• Drive end-to-end activation projects for new strategic clients.
• Define and standardize implementation methodologies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during implementation.
• Configure and customize Commure solutions for clients.
• Design and build custom operational tools and dashboards.
• Create and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows.
• Develop SQL queries to analyze client usage patterns.
• Design and deliver training programs for user groups.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems.
• Technical aptitude with data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with change management at enterprise scale.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site client engagement.
