Overview

Our client is seeking seasoned Team Leads to spearhead projects within our Health Technology Center for Commercialization portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in healthcare technology commercialization and public health initiatives.

• Oversee project teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timely delivery of milestones.
• Develop and implement project plans, assess progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and program leadership.

• Provide guidance and support to project facilitators and team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Over 20 years of experience leading and managing large projects.
• Exceptional performance in healthcare technology commercialization projects may be considered.
