AI Outcome Manager - Remote

Overview

As CommerceIQ’s first AI Outcome Manager, you will partner closely with our founders and the AI Product Manager to prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve our customers’ most pressing problems, contributing to our mission of helping brands win in AI-driven e-commerce.

In Short

• Work closely with founders and AI Product Manager.
• Prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions for customers.
• High visibility role reporting to co-founder.
• Collaborate with teams in Mountain View and Bangalore.
• Approximately 50% travel expected to client locations.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Support engagements from pre-sales to post-deployment.
• Develop deep customer relationships and communicate effectively.
• Transform prototypes into robust features with engineering teams.
• Thrive in ambiguity and manage your own priorities.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software development.
• Strong coding skills in Python or Java.
• Experience with data integration and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills for customer engagement.
• Ability to deliver minimal-viable solutions quickly.
• Experience working across time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
