In Short

• Answering and processing customer inquiries in Danish, English, and German
• Supporting technical issues and general customer inquiries
• Close collaboration with our team and clients within agile projects
• Documentation and efficient forwarding of complex cases

Requirements

• Fluent language skills in Danish and/or Dutch as well as good German
• Experience in customer service and a strong technical affinity
• Structured, independent working style with a good command of digital tools
• Experience in a remote environment and ideally in e-commerce
• Availability of 15-25 hours per week
• Empathy, reliability, and the ability to remain professional even in stressful situations
