• Friendly and professional handling of customer inquiries via email and phone (inbound)

• Documentation and categorization of inquiries in our ticket system
• Support with administrative tasks in the back office

Requirements

• Training as an accountant or tax clerk
• Experience in customer service or call center (inbound preferred)
• Structured, independent working style and good time management
• Proficient use of digital tools and common communication systems
• Professional and empathetic demeanor, even in challenging situations
• Availability on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00 (flexibly scheduled)
• Own equipment (laptop, headset, stable internet connection)
